Who We Are

Welcome to our website!

Who we are

Message from the Chair

As someone who has seen firsthand the harmful consequences a fall can have on an older adult’s life, I am deeply honored to serve as Chair of the Hawai‘i Falls Prevention Alliance. This work is personal—for our kūpuna, for our ʻohana, and for the communities we love and cherish.

We believe that by working together—sharing knowledge, resources, and aloha—we can help our kūpuna stay safe, independent, and confident in their daily lives.

Mahalo for being part of this journey. Whether you are a kūpuna, caregiver, health or social service professional, member of the business community, or simply someone who cares, your voice matters.

Gary Simon
Chair, Hawai‘i Falls Prevention Alliance
