EnhanceFitness is a fun, proven way for older adults to get stronger, feel energized, and stay independent. We welcome anyone ready to commit to joining us three times a week—your journey starts here!

Join us for physical exercise demonstrations at the Maui County Senior Fair! Discover fun and effective ways to stay active while reducing your risk of falls.
Demonstrations & Workshops:
11:15 a.m. – EnhanceFitness Demo: Exercises that improve strength, balance, and flexibility
12:15 p.m. – EnhanceFitness Inclusion Workshop: Seated exercises suitable for all ability levels
1:15 p.m. – Bingocize Workshop: Combines fitness, health education, and Bingo

A Matter of Balance (8-Week Class)
Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.
