A Matter of Balance (8-Week Class)
Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.

Who it’s for: Adults aged 60+ who live in the community and are able to problem-solve.
