Kupuna Aikido

Our mission is to empower all Kupuna with Aikido-based principles to preserve and protect their mobile independence. We offer live and Zoom Safe Falling Presentations. The presentation is free to nonprofits and community groups who open the presentation to the general public. This engaging presentation is about 45 minutes long and we believe kupuna can decrease the severity of injury from falls by applying one or two of our safe falling principles. If your group is interested hosting a presentation, please send an email request to kupuna.aikido@gmail.com.​
