Strong, steady movement can make everyday activities feel easier and more comfortable. Whether it’s walking around the neighborhood, climbing stairs, or simply getting up from a chair, muscle strength plays an important role in helping you stay balanced and confident. Join us to learn exercises that can enhance strength, stability, and mobility while supporting safe, comfortable movement.

  • Who It’s For: This class features seated and standing exercises that target the muscles essential for fall prevention, posture, walking, and everyday activities. Light weights and other training equipment may be used.
