A Matter of Balance (8-Week Class)

Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.

  • Date: Thursday: September 25, 2025; Wednesdays: October 1 – November 19, 2025

  • Time: 1:00–3:00 PM

  • Location: Virtual Classes

  • Who it’s for: Adults aged 60+ who live in the community and are able to problem-solve.
