NCOA Selects 12 Organizations to Build State Falls Prevention Coalitions

“Six grantees will develop a new falls prevention coalition in their state by recruiting new members; establishing a coalition structure, mission, and goals; and identifying activities that will address their states’ unique falls prevention needs. The organizations receiving these grants and their coalitions include:”

  • University of Hawaii, Center on the Family 

    • Hawaii State Falls Prevention Consortium 


We’re building on the foundation of the former Hawaiʻi State Falls Prevention Consortium and welcoming new partners to create a strong, impactful coalition.
