AARP Home Fit Guide
The AARP HomeFit Guide was created to help people live safely and comfortably in their home by enabling where they live to be a “lifelong home,” suitable for themselves and others in their household, no matter a person’s age or life stage. This Guide can help individuals and families make their current or future residence age-friendly. In addition, elected officials, policymakers and local leaders can learn about and advocate for the types of housing features and designs that communities need so their residents can live safely and comfortably — and thrive.

Kupuna Aikido
Our mission is to empower all Kupuna with Aikido-based principles to preserve and protect their mobile independence. We offer live and Zoom Safe Falling Presentations. The presentation is free to nonprofits and community groups who open the presentation to the general public. This engaging presentation is about 45 minutes long and we believe kupuna can decrease the severity of injury from falls by applying one or two of our safe falling principles. If your group is interested hosting a presentation, please send an email request to kupuna.aikido@gmail.com.
