EnhanceFitness at Kauaʻi County
EnhanceFitness is a fun, proven way for older adults to get stronger, feel energized, and stay independent. We welcome anyone ready to commit to joining us three times a week—your journey starts here!
Multi Locations and Times are Available:
Date: Ongoing — Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (3x/week)
Location and Times:
Hanalei– 10 a.m.WaitlistLīhuʻe Neighborhood Center – 12:30 p.m and 1:45 p.m.
Kapa‘a United Church of Christ – 2:15 p.m. Limited seats left
Who it’s for: Adults aged 60+. Fully covered shoes are required to participate.
