Akamai Living Fair
A free community event offering resources and programs that support healthy, active living for kūpuna and families. Attendees can access flu and pneumonia shots, health screenings, cooking demos, and enjoy food, fun, and door prizes.

An Introduction to Health Screenings and Proper Self-Care Practices.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. In this session, we’ll review the benefits of getting screenings before you have symptoms. Topics include screenings specific to women and men. We’ll discuss how certain behaviors help keep us healthy, both on paper and in the way we feel. Participants will receive a free wellness-related gift, while supplies last.
